Mary became an instructor at Holistic Yoga School in 2018 after more than 13 years of yoga practice. She began teaching yoga to help others discover the mind-body-spirit benefits that the practice can offer. Her classes are designed to cultivate calm, awareness, and physical comfort that lasts long after leaving the mat.
An eclectic yoga enthusiast, she enjoys practicing and teaching a variety of asana styles to suit ever-changing needs. When not studying yoga, she enjoys painting in a variety of mediums and practicing belly dance.
