As a teacher, Krista approaches her role as a guide for students' learning. She aims to readily adapt to the needs of the participants so that each one finds their own personal practice. She enjoys bringing holism into the yoga classroom and to help students bring balance to their body, mind and spirit.

Lovingly addressed as Swamiji (family name—Pradeep Kumar Das), Yogacharya Dharmananda came to America on 20th Nov, 2010. On arrival he established, “Om Radha Krishna Sangha” for the spreading of his spiritual teachings, research work and charitable activities. The Sangha office is located in Loveland.

Brenda began her yoga journey searching for back pain relief. Diagnosed with scoliosis as a teenager, she is a certified Elise Miller Yoga for Scoliosis trainer specializing in back care. Brenda emphasizes connecting mind, body, and Spirit when guiding students through their yoga and meditation practice.
