Megan discovered yoga in 2016 at a time when both her physical and mental health were in conflict. She instantly fell in love with the peace of mind, sense of community, and amazing health benefits that the practice brought her. Since then, her love for this moving meditation has only continued to blossom. In the summer of 2018, her passion to share this source of joy with others brought her to Holistic Yoga School where she completed the 200-hour teacher training intensive.
As a yoga instructor, Megan loves to get creative with the art of asana and design sequences that embody a sense of fluidity and ease while building heat and prana (universal energy) in the body. She often looks to nature for inspiration and enjoys weaving themes of self-compassion into her classes. To her, stepping onto the mat is an opportunity for every student to explore within and glimpse just a litter closer at their own inner light. She looks forward to continuing to learn and grow with you.
