The following classes are open to the community and appropriate for all levels unless otherwise noted.
Alignment & Balance
This is a meditative Hatha flow focusing on both anatomic and energetic alignment. We will explore various postures and draw awareness to positioning the body in ways which can help create strength, flexibility and balance. Appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced. Various options will be provided so that participants may find their desired level of intensity in each posture.
All Levels Yoga & Meditation
Whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing yoga for quite some time, this class will help you strengthen, stretch, tone, & relax your body. This class is catered to the needs of the clients by incorporating Hatha and/or Vinyasa flow. Performing a variety of asanas and breathing techniques will physically and mentally help revitalize your body.
Chakra Yoga Flow
Explore the energetic chakra system through a series of yoga postures, bija mantras and gentle flow. Postures, sequence and meditation are infused with insight into the qualities and aspects of each chakra. From root to rise and back again, students have the opportunity to experience each charka in both the physical and subtle body.
Elemental Vinyasa Flow
According to yogic philosophy, everything in nature is made up of five basic elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether (space). In this class we use asana to gain insight into each of the five elements; aligning with each of the elements in order to purify and restore balance to our bodies. This is an all levels, dynamic, vinyasa style class that incorporates yogic philosophy, asana, and meditation.
Focus is on rejuvenation and healing of the body through gentle movements and postures. Props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are often used to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably with alignment. This is a slower-paced class which focuses on releasing stress and tension.
Grounding Yoga Flow
An all levels class designed to truly help you find your feet, with a slow, vinyasa-based flow helping to energize from the ground up. This class has an emphasis on energetic connection, with strengthening and hip-opening movements and breathwork designed to reconnect you to your center.
The best of both worlds! A powerful Vinyasa flow to generate heat which will help us dive deep into the interwoven Hatha postures with longer holds. It’s the perfect yin yang of strength and softness.
This traditional sequence emphasizes strength, balance and breath and invites students to practice full-yogic breathing and meditation. Each posture focuses on full body alignment and spinal integrity, and is held for an extended period of time, from 5 breaths to several minutes.
Kirtan & Yoga Philosophy
In this class, students join in conversation and community, as they explore the universal principles of yoga philosophy. Through guided wisdom sharing circles, students are encouraged to practice inquiry and introspection, as they study the beloved tradition of yoga. Kirtan, mantra, chanting and meditation are often incorporated.
Meditation & Breathwork
Meditation is a way to access the stillness and equanimity within. As we quiet the mind, we deepen into the genuine space inside, where we feel in complete alignment – with ourselves and in our world. It is this deep connection, found through meditation, which enables us to maintain clarity and compassion, helping us to find our place of perfect peace. This class is designed to assist students of all levels to access this quiet space. Through breath awareness, mantra, and various other techniques, students attain a state of physical and mental relaxation.
Chakra Clearing Meditation
In this guided meditation, awareness will be brought to each of the primary seven Chakras, starting from root and rising up to crown. Participants will be guided in a meditative process of energetically clearing/cleansing each Chakra, followed by an extended meditation dedicated to self-healing. Sanskrit, breathwork, and creative visualization is interwoven throughout.
This Hatha yoga series will help create flexibility, strength and comfort in our hip and lower-body region. This class emphasizes strength and balance with meditation and full-yogic breathing. Spinal integrity and body alignment are practiced as each posture is held for an extended period of time, from 5 breaths up to several minutes per pose.
An energy balancing yoga class that will incorporate slow sun salutations to build energy and restorative yoga postures and meditation to calm energy in the body and mind. Reiki is a simple healing method that connects with the life force energy that flows naturally through us. Instruction will be given by a Master Reiki teacher to self-administer the healing hand positions.
Come on in to stretch, breathe, and relieve tension. We can do a lot of good for our body, mind and spirit in just 45-minutes! This is one of the best things you can do in the middle of a busy day.
Explore a slow, gentle, and balanced flow through forms and postures designed to reconnect the body with the mind. Experience the value of choice and empowerment as you are offered a variety of options and modifications, creating a space to be fully present in each moment of this class. Sequences are similar each week so you can focus on breath, slowing of the mind, and re-connecting with your body. Recommended for beginner to advanced practices.
This energy-building flow is designed to get you moving! As a Vinyasa-inspired class, we will move in rhythm with our breath. Attention and focus will be placed on really noticing and feeling what your body and mind does throughout yoga movements and postures.
New Moon/Full Moon Yoga Flow
An all levels class based on a rhythmic vinyasa with gentle movements, longer holds and an emphasis on alignment. The balance of movement and static postures are inspired by the cadence and celebration of nature: the full and new moon cycles. Through asana, alignment and breath awareness, this class invites students of all levels to explore a greater and more holistic connection with the cycles and rhythms of nature.
Power Vinyasa Flow
This is a dynamic and empowering Intermediate-Advanced class that focuses on alignment through movement and connecting each asana with breath and prana- life force and universal energy. The class will begin with a heated warm up, emphasizing core engagement and breath work to prepare the body for arm balances, inversions, twists, back bends, and opportunity for more challenging postures. This class is great for seasoned beginners and intermediate/advanced practitioners looking to build strength and flexibility while focusing and clearing the mind.
This is an All-Levels Vinyasa-Style class, focusing on rejuvenation and connecting breath with each movement. Emphasis will be on further developing our ability to become present on our yoga mats. The class centers around creative flows, drawing attention to alignment and foundational asanas in order to restore, relax, and cleanse the mind and body. We will utilize breathing techniques and strength-building postures to cultivate heat throughout the class, ending in a restful savasana meditation. Individual modifications will be available. This class is designed for practitioners of all levels looking to deepen their practice.
This nourishing flow facilitates a deep state of relaxation, using the support of blankets, bolsters and other props. The goal is to create a space for complete relaxation of body and mind, thereby allowing deeper healing and rejuvenation to occur. From this space of stillness, students are better able to cultivate calmness and equanimity.
A slower-paced Vinyasa class designed to help energize your body! Includes breath-work, all-levels postures, intention and a relaxing Savasana meditation.
Stress Relief for Beginners
This fundamental class is comprised of a series of yoga postures, each of which build the foundation for a more extensive yoga practice. Each posture, sequence and movement is designed to release tension and calm your body and mind. Accessible to people with all levels of yoga experience, including none at all.

Founded on principles of the Ashtanga tradition, this invigorating vinyasa flow focuses on synchronizing breath with graceful movements. The intentional sequence of postures strengthen the physical body, while releasing unnecessary tension, ultimately inviting students to cultivate freedom of movement and of spirit- both on and off their mats. This is an intermediate – advanced class and we recommend having some yoga experience before attending.
Revitalize and nourish your Self as we enliven our energy systems followed by deep relaxation and the release of unconscious holding patterns. The first part of class will explore the integration of movement and breath. The last half of class will create balance with a gentle restorative practice where we dive in to stillness, meditation, and the subtle release of our muscles, connective tissue, and thought patterns.
Yin yoga is a slow paced practice where postures are held for longer compared to yang yoga classes. The postures help the practitioner access deeper tissue including fascia and connective tissue, creating more flexibility. Yin yoga is a meditative practice, allowing the brain to shift from active to passive.
Yoga & Meditation
Explore the intricate ways that meditation, movement and breath invite a deeper connection with the physical body, mind and spirit. With guided instruction, students flow through gentle movements, attuning to the breath, while quieting the mind. Through this moving meditation, students cultivate the skills and discipline to strengthen, balance and calm both the body and mind. An all levels class.
Yoga for Beginners
An introduction to the basics of yoga. This class offers an overview of what to expect in yoga classes, discussion of the various styles and how to choose your class, basic foundation of alignment and safety in postures, and brief intro to breath work and meditation. Bring your questions!
Yoga for the Neck & Shoulders
This all levels class draws upon the postures and principles of Hatha yoga and focuses on creating flexibility, strength and comfort in the neck and shoulder region – the places most prone to holding tension in our physical body. Through practices of full- yogic breathing, meditation and gentle movement, students slowly and safely step into a new level of alignment. Each posture is held for an extended period of time- from 5 breathes to several minutes – to encourage a deeper state of expansion.
Yoga for your Golden Years
This is a gentle class for older adults (recommend ages 50+) or individuals with limited range of motion. Guidance will be provided to try yoga postures, breath work, and meditation. All bodies welcome! Bring your questions and requests for things you’d like to work on.
A revitalizing exercise that gives rest to the mind, brain, nervous system, senses, and body. In yoga nidra, Savasana (lying down) posture is recommended. This is a guided process which helps the participant to learn to place their mind in deep rest. Sometimes referred to as “yogic sleep” or “sleepless sleep”, the yogis use this technique for both sleep and meditation. The quality of rest one receives through this method is entirely different from that which is derived through ordinary sleep.

We have a limited number of spaces in all our classes, and they fill up quickly! For this reason we ask you to please pre-register online whenever possible, and if you have to cancel please do so at least 24 hours before the start of the class so that your slot may be given to someone on the waiting list.
