Anahata - A Heart-Opening Yoga Retreat
February 11 - 13, 2022, Loveland, CO
“The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the heart.” ~ Helen Keller
Enjoy three days dedicated to opening your heart and finding a greater sense of self-love. We look forward to sharing inspiring activities and tools to help support your journey.
Anahata, the Sanskrit word for the heart (meaning “unhurt”), controls the love energy in the body. On a physical level, the heart chakra corresponds to the upper body’s heart, lungs, immune system, and muscles. On a spiritual level, balancing the heart chakra fills you with warmth, compassion, and joy that is within you and will help you to feel more open to giving love and receiving love from others. This retreat highlights daily Yoga and breath-work, a cacao meditation, essential oils workshop, and more!
