Nurture Through Nature ~ A Spring Equinox Yoga Retreat
March 23 - 25, 2022 at Lake Atitlan, Guatemala
Join us in paradise, at the beautiful Casa CobAnanda, a private property nestled on an avocado grove with beautiful views of Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. You’ll experience rich Mayan culture, sustainable lifestyles, and a vibrant Yoga community.
Awaken and cleanse your body, mind, and spirit as we step into the beauty of a new season. Spring is a time to shed the darker, sometimes heavy energy accumulated during winter, and for gradually “lightening up.”
In this retreat, we’ll focus on invigorating the body’s detoxification processes and bringing in warmth to nurture seeds of renewal. Together we’ll explore practices to help set a clear intention for the coming season, to support release where it is needed, and offer space for healing and abundance.
Please click here for more info about traveling to the Retreat Center. At Holistic Yoga School we’re familiar with travel to Guatemala and are happy to help answer any questions that you may have, so please feel free to contact us directly. We can help you arrange a private car from the Guatemala City Airport directly to the retreat center (~3.5-hour trip // $125).
Covid-19 vaccinations are HIGHLY recommended for this retreat. Either proof of vaccination certificate or negative covid test is required to enter Guatemala. In order to return to the USA, you’ll need a negative covid test regardless of vaccination status. There is a testing center at the Guatemala City airport so you can simply arrive 30 min earlier for your return flight. Please check with the CDC for the latest guidelines.
