Our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training offers a profound teaching of the anatomical and philosophical underpinnings of Yoga. You’ll deepen your knowledge of the practice and of yourself, while at the same time becoming prepared to share the gifts with others as a certified teacher! All-levels, trauma-aware and inclusive teaching techniques are emphasized.
This 200hr yoga teacher training program provides an array of knowledge and tools which help facilitate a journey of self-inquiry, personal practice and growth. You’ll learn to weave the concepts into daily life in order to fully experience the teachings and embody a yogic lifestyle.
All of our trainings include attendance at a Nurture through Nature Yoga Retreat!
