Grey Rock Yoga Hike April 26!

March 11, 2015 by Krista Davis 2 Comments

Yoga on Grey Rock!
Yoga on Grey Rock!

This is a beautiful hike in the Poudre Canyon filled with meadow, forest, and mountain top views. It is a moderate-strenuous intensity hike, taking about 3 hours to get all the way to the top and boulder-climbing is required near the summit. The trail is very clear and popular, so if at any time you wish to turn around and head back down, you will be able to do so with ease! Yoga principles and meditation will be woven throughout the hike by our guides Krista Allen and other members of the HYS Yoga School Community.

All are welcome to join in on this free event, so invite your friends and family! Please make sure to bring whatever personal provisions you will require, including water, snacks, lunch, hiking sticks, sunscreen, etc. Also it is important to be aware that rattlesnakes have been spotted along this trail and make sure to take any necessary precautions or provisions to account for that.
