Job Title: Holistic Yoga School Studio Manager

Details: This is an Independent Contractor position starting at $13 per hour plus commissions, starting at 16.5 hours per week on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm. The goal is that this position will grow as Holistic Yoga School grows. Pending successful employment we hope to grow this job into a full-time salaried position within the next two years.

Requirements: RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Certificate or extensive experience and knowledge in the field(s) of yoga, meditation, and holistic health. Successful 2+ years experience or education in customer service, marketing and sales. Successful managerial experience required. Must be extremely proficient in the use of computers, including MacBook. We are looking for a dependable, productive and responsible manager who has the ability to self-initiate, make important decisions, and effectively follow-up with staff and clients. Must have exceptional time-management and organizational skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and acute attention to detail. Experience with Mindbody Software is preferred.

Responsibilities: Sales & marketing of yoga classes, retreats and teacher training programs. Includes both creating and initiating strategy, as well as overseeing our current admin and teacher team. Help with maintaining the sanctuary of the yoga room including cleaning tasks, organization, stocking supplies, etc. Management and support for subleases. Management of Mindbody client database and registration system. Communication and support for HYS clientele including general community and yoga teacher training participants. Development and management of internship program. Monitoring and enforcement of HYS Policies and Procedures.
