Unleashed to make its peace…inward, onward, upward, outward

Peace

Bliss

Sun lifts

Spirits high

Sweat drips

Wings flutter

Flowers shudder

While the breeze comes as a gift

Coming closer

Feeling warmth

Eyes closed

Hands feel dust, dirt

Heart is flying as I’m climbing

And then I reach the top

And the everyday seems so small

Smile, love and feel

That is all.

My yoga mat on my back

The sun radiates

Beats off my body.

I am so grateful to have experienced my first time up to Grey Rock with such a beautiful Yoga CommUnity. To move as a group, supporting each other in pace, with grace. Stopping to take in the views of the valleys, the damage – yet process of rebirth from the fire a few years back, and the beautiful songs from the birds. I have always loved stopping along the journey to sit in thought and wonderment; but it was such a refreshing experience to sit in meditation with the group. Just to sit with my breath and the breath of the wind blowing through the trees. This was truly a beautiful experience that gave me the sense of support and strength from our beautiful yoga community.

I am grateful to have been a part of this journey!

Life throws many hurtles, but getting out into nature helps put things into perspective. Oh Grey Rock your beauty is astounding. Thank you for your gift. I touched your ground, your flora, your trees, your rocks. I said a prayer for your scarred burnt areas from the crazy wildfires we experienced just years ago. Next time I visit I promise to come hydrated, stay hydrated and have a better attitude, but I thank you for giving me space to be in my mood and let me be contemplative with my thoughts. I will see you again.

Soft gentle breeze and crisp blue skies

Climbing steadily upward towards the bright sun rise

The vibrant, pulsing energy of the tribe we travel with

Together lifting spirits high, wrapped up in nature’s bliss!
