This experience at Grey Rock is breath-taking. Not only because of the natural beauty, but also literally breathtaking! An elevated hike was a first for me and was a challenge. Breath is most important while moving through the rocky trails. You cannot go on without it. My body would remind me too that steady breaths will get me to my destination.

Feeling the meaning of true love in meditation.
A sense of connectedness, being one with all that surrounds us.
Earth, water, wind, space, fire
Love is all-encompassing, all-inclusive, it can be created just by purely being.
Love for nature overflows into self-love when we feel that we are made up of all the elements in this beautiful world. That self-love overflows into love for the creatures (animals, bugs, people) that surround us. That can be mutually shared and exchanged to create this abundance of love energy. Pure bliss.
Yoga and meditation cultivates some of the most pure feelings of love that I have ever experienced, love without limits or expectations. Something that is there for all of us to tap into at any moment, just waiting to be unleashed.

Morning Sun
Shines through my window.
Soft, pink sunrise.
Awakening slowly,
Lethargy weighing down my head.
Rituals and routines help to bring me out of bed…
Arriving at the Shala,
Bright eyes and big smiles
Remind me why I’m here.
Fresh air, soft sun,
And my head begins to clear.
Friendship, camaraderie, loyalty,
My heart is full.
