Job Description
Holistic Yoga School & Studio is currently seeking two highly-experienced 300/500-hour Certified Yoga Instructors (must be registered with Yoga Alliance). The position will include teaching weekly class(es) at our studio, and serving as a planner & facilitator for our new 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program.
The initial phase of this position can start as soon as possible and includes 1-3 weekly yoga / meditation classes on our schedule as well as 3-hours weekly of on-site office hours which will include course planning and curriculum development. You will also be on the sub list so can pick up additional classes / hours that way as available. In total this position will range between 5-15 weekly hours at this time. The schedule is flexible and will be developed based on Employee and Studio availability.
Starting July 13th the position will include additional hours on some Saturdays over the next several months. Additionally, during the month of August the hours will increase significantly when greater assistance will be needed for our first one-month intensive training. We project about 20-30 hours per week during the month of August.
This is a part-time hourly W-4 Employment position (NOT 1099 / independent contractor) starting at $13.75 per hour for the first 90-day training / onboarding period.
